Order fulfillment times may vary based on product availability and how your item is being shipped. The delivery time-frames you see at checkout are only estimates.

RoughPatch Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. If the shipment tracking status shows "Delivered" and you are unable to locate the shipment, RoughPatch Clothing Co. is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen in these circumstances. It is your responsibility to make proper arrangements for receiving the expected package(s) to the shipping address you listed in your order.

However, please still contact Customer Care for assistance if you placed your order for delivery to a residential address and the delivery is past the estimated delivery date and either you have not received your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at roughpatchclothingcompany@gmail.com with details and photos of the defective product. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Submission of your item does not guarantee a refund/replacement. Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be fully examined then you will be notified via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you're entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
